William Anderson, PhD
William Anderson, PhD, is Professor of Chemistry and Department Chairman at
Hampden-Sydney College, and was formerly on the faculty of Duke University,
Department of Chemistry. Dr. Anderson received a BS in Chemistry from the
University of Massachusetts, and a MS in Analytical Chemistry and Biochemistry
and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of
Cincinnati.

Andrew Bocarsly, PhD
Andrew Bocarsly, PhD, is Professor of Chemistry in the Chemistry Department of
Princeton University, and is co-director of Princeton's Fuel Cell Laboratory.
He received his PhD in 1980 from M.I.T. and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Prof. Bocarsly recently has conducted the joint research program of Applied
Semiconductor, Inc. and Princeton University, identifying basic chemical
mechanisms involved in corrosion protection using Zetan Technology.

Joseph Bonaventura, PhD, is Professor of Cell Biology at the Duke University
Medical Center and the Duke University Marine Laboratory. Dr. Bonaventura
received a BS in Zoology from San Diego State College, a PhD in Biochemistry from
the University of Texas, Austin, and did a post-doctoral fellowship at the
California Institute of Technology. Dr. Bonaventura is co-inventor on the patent for biomedical use of Zetan.

Robert J. Cava, PhD
Robert J. Cava, PhD, is Professor of Chemistry and Acting Director of Princeton
Materials Institute, Princeton University. Dr. Cava, formerly with Bell
Laboratories, is widely recognized for his research in solid-state chemistry and
as the co-inventor of high temperature superconductors. Dr. Cava received
a BS and MS in Materials Science and Engineering, and a PhD in Ceramics from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Louis Ignarro, PhD
Louis Ignarro, PhD, Nobel Laureate in Medicine, 1998, is Professor of
Pharmacology at the Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology, UCLA
School of Medicine in Los Angeles. Dr. Ignarro, who was recently elected
to the National Academy of Science, received a BA in Pharmacy from Columbia
University and a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Ignarro is co-inventor on the patent for biomedical
use of Zetan.

PhD
Farshad Khorrami, PhD, is Professor of Electrical Engineering at Polytechnic
University, Brooklyn, New York, where he is Director of the Control/Robotics
Research Laboratory. Dr. Khorrami received BS degrees in Mathematics and
Electrical Engineering, a MS in Mathematics, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering
from The Ohio State University. Dr. Khorrami is co-inventor on the recently filed patent application for the Zetan
ECU.

Joseph G. Michels, PhD
Joseph G. Michels, PhD, now with One Equity Partners, formerly Director for Research Initiatives, Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials
(PRISM), Princeton University and lecturer at the University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
Dr. Michels also was President and Director of the Society for Energy & Environmental Research and a member of the Board of Directors
of Polaroid Corporation. He received his BA in Physics from LaSalle University and PhD in Physics from Oxford University.

Thomas Spiro, PhD, is Professor of Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry at
the University of Washington, Seattle, WA. Dr. Spiro, a leader in the fields of
environmental and inorganic chemistry, served as the Chairman of the Chemistry
Department at Princeton from 1979 until 1988. He received a BS in
Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a PhD in Chemistry
from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Technology and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Dr. Spivack is co-inventor on the basic patents for the inorganic
