Ernest H. Drew,
PhD
Ernest H. Drew, PhD, was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Group of
Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Prior to that, he was President and
Chief Executive Officer of Hoechst Celanese Corporation, a $7 billion revenue
company headquartered in Somerville, New Jersey. From 1995 to 1997 he
was a member of the senior executive management team at Hoeschst AG, a $30
billion revenue corporation in Frankfurt, Germany, where he had board
responsibilities for the chemical and advanced materials businesses, the
Americas and Greater China regions and was chairman of the board's strategic
committee.

Juergen Ritz, PhD, was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Herbets GmbH
with annual sales of over DM3.0 billion. Formerly owned by Hoechst,
Herberts was purchased by DuPont in 1999 from DuPont Performance Coatings.

Samuel Y. Golding
Samuel Y. Golding was President of the Standard Structural Steel Co. of Hartford, Connecticut
and served on its Board of Directors for twenty years. Standard
Structural Steel Co. fabricated and erected steel for high-rise office
buildings, highway bridges, and power plants throughout the north-east US.
Mr. Golding is past Chairman of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC),
the preeminent steel industry organization with a membership comprised of
representatives of all facets of the industry, including the producing mills,
engineers and architects, fabrication and erection companies, support
industries, and steel related trade unions. Mr. Golding was also Vice President of the National Erectors Association and Vice President of the
University of Hartford Construction Institute.

Gerald J. St. Pé
Gerald St. Pé is the retired Chief Operation Officer of
Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Pascagoula, Mississippi, which is comprised of
the corporation's shipbuilding operations, Ingalls Shipbuilding and the Full
Service Center, and Avondale Industries. Prior to the merger of Grumman
and Litton Industries that established Northrop Grumman Ship Systems, Mr. St.
Pé was Litton Industries Executive
Vice President and President of Ingalls. He is former Chairman of the
American Shipbuilding Association and a member of the Navy League of the
United States, the United States Naval Institute, the Surface Navy
Association, the American Society of Naval Engineers, and the Society of Naval
Architects and Marine Engineers.

Sivaraman Venugopalan is President and Principal of SCS, Inc., a corrosion
services company, and was formerly a managing engineer of the Mechanics and
Materials practice of Exponent, Inc. Mr. Venugopalan received his MS in
Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and holds professional
certifications including: Cathodic Protection Specialist, NACE International;
Concrete Field Testing Technician, ACI International; and Concrete Production,
Master Certificate, World of Concrete.

J. Derek Mason, PhD, is a partner with Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier &
Neustadt, P.C., Arlington, Virginia, which specializes exclusively in intellectual
property law for both international and domestic clients. Dr. Mason
received his Law degree from the George Washington University National Law
Center and holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin, where he
studied organometalloid chemistry.
